About InspectRI
InspectRI displays publicly available food inspection records for every licensed food establishment in Rhode Island, refreshed daily from the RI Department of Health.
How scores are calculated
Each location receives a score from 0 to 100 based on its most recent inspection. Higher is better — a score of 100 means no violations were found.
Violations are weighted by severity using the FDA Food Code 2022 — serious food safety violations count more than minor sanitation ones. The score and color reflect the most recent inspection only.
Data source
All inspection records are sourced from ri.healthinspections.us, the RI Department of Health's public inspection portal. Scores and categories shown here are computed by this site and are not official RIDOH ratings.

Scores are computed representations of public inspection data and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
